Belladonna Copper Pendant

Belladonna is my personal favourite piece, a striking pendant inspired by the deadly beauty of the belladonna flower. Historically used in medicine and cosmetics despite its toxicity, belladonna has long been associated with danger, beauty, and restraint.

This pendant depicts a belladonna flower in pure copper, with subtle skull-shaped buds forming beneath the bloom. The design explores contrast: beauty and risk, growth and decay. Gothic in spirit and rooted in botanical form, Belladonna is made for those drawn to dark florals and meaningful, wearable art.

Each pendant is hand-crafted from pure copper, finished by hand, and suspended from a copper-tone chain with matching fastenings. Due to the handmade process, no two pieces are exactly alike.

The pendant measures approximately 2.5 cm and is presented in a gift box. Inside, you’ll find care instructions for copper along with a small information card explaining the inspiration behind the piece.

Care Instructions

Copper naturally darkens over time, developing a deeper patina. This is a normal and expected characteristic. To restore brightness, gently polish with a soft cloth or copper polishing cloth. Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and prolonged moisture. Store in a dry place when not worn.
